To instill the importance of 100% adherence to hygiene

To adopt healthier methodology and dishes in meal preparation
Day 1 – Sponge / Butter Cake
Day 2 – Butter Cookies / Chocolate Cookies
Day 3 – Cupcake / Muffin
There will not be assessment performed but trainee will be assessed on every lesson on their safety and hygiene adherence.
